Responsibilities
  • Own the successful delivery of multiple concurrent WMS implementations from initiation through hypercare
  • Ensure alignment with GXO standard implementation methodologies, playbooks, and repeatable deployment models
  • Drive accountability across project teams to meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations
  • Oversee key milestones including system configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment readiness, and production go‑live
  • Identify risks early (resource gaps, integration dependencies, vendor delays) and drive mitigation plans
  • Escalate critical issues to leadership with clear ownership and resolution paths
  • Ensure readiness across all deployment phases, including operational and IT transition
  • Lead and develop teams of Implementation Analysts and Integration Analysts
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and ownership across workstreams

Requirements
