Job Summary
Under the direction of the Superintendent or designee, plans, organizes, coordinates, and oversees
District governance, policy administration, Public Records Act compliance, legal services
coordination, Board governance support, charter school review processes, and District compliance
systems. Serves as the District's central resource for governance, legal operations, policy
implementation, records compliance, and risk mitigation. Coordinates activities among
departments, legal counsel, and executive leadership to ensure consistent, efficient, and legally
compliant District operations.
