This is your chance to be part of a Global Distribution Team that is an important part of Hilton's Commercial Services organization around the world. As Senior Director, Direct Distribution Strategy, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's commercial engine and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth.

On the Global Distribution team, reporting to the VP, Global Distribution, you will lead critical initiatives focused on building and scaling Hilton's next-generation direct distribution platforms. This includes expanding partnerships and connectivity across emerging channels such as social platforms and AI/LLM ecosystems and strengthening partnerships across corporate channels and travel management companies (TMCs).

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Lead the development and scaling of direct distribution platforms
  • Define and execute a global direct distribution strategy and roadmap, with clear KPIs focused on growth, cost of sale, and channel performance
  • Ensure seamless integration of distribution initiatives into broader Commercial strategies
  • Provide subject matter expertise on channel enablement, data strategy, tracking, and performance measurement across both direct and third-party ecosystems
  • Monitor performance across segments and channels, identifying opportunities to optimize distribution mix, improve efficiency, and drive incremental value
  • Lead a team and cross-functional workstreams to deliver end-to-end solutions that support long-term strategic goals and near-term performance targets

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner closely with global Commercial teams to align distribution strategy with enterprise priorities
  • Manage and communicate performance against KPIs, providing clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define metrics, forecasting approaches, and success criteria
  • Drive alignment across regions and teams to ensure consistent execution of distribution strategies at scale

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Identify and scale new distribution opportunities and partnerships
  • Lead strategic negotiations and partnerships balancing growth, cost, and control
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve distribution efficiency, channel economics, and rate integrity
  • Oversee performance, investment, and trade-offs across distribution channels, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with business objectives
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, including AI/LLM-driven commerce, evolving distribution models, and new entrants, translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Support the development of new programs and capabilities that advance Hilton's direct distribution ecosystem and long-term competitive position
What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Twelve (12) years of professional work experience
  • At least four (4) years of people management experience
  • Prior work experience in digital travel, hospitality, eCommerce, or AI-related companies or adjacent industries and business fields
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%

It would be useful if you have:

  • MA/MS or Master's Degree in Business Administration
  • Ten (10) years of professional experience in digital travel, hospitality, eCommerce, or AI-related companies or adjacent industries and business fields
  • Sound understanding of Hilton brands, operations, systems, and organization

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $145,000 - $210,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.  #LI-REMOTE
