  • Direct paid media strategy and execution across platforms (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
  • Oversee keyword/audience research and competitive insights to inform targeting and spend strategy.
  • Guide ad copy and creative performance standards aimed at improving CTR, CPC, CVR, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Monitor and optimize bidding, budgeting, pacing, and platform configurations to hit performance goals.

3) Direct Integrated Digital Strategy (Paid + Organic)

  • Align PPC and SEO strategy to maximize search visibility and conversion impact across the funnel.
  • Lead technical/on-page/off-page SEO direction in partnership with specialists, ensuring strategies enhance
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, UX/UI, and development teams so digital campaigns align with client goals and brand objectives.

4) Lead Reporting, Dashboards & Insight Storytelling

  • Oversee and drive development of dashboards, analytics tools, and automated reporting systems.
  • Translate complex multi-platform data into clear, compelling visual reporting clients/ internal teams can act on.
  • Analyze trends, surface performance insights, and recommend strategic optimizations with confidence.

5) Manage & Grow the Digital Bench

  • Manage and mentor a team of digital experts (PPC, SEO, FED, UX/UI), setting performance expectations and growth paths.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure commitments are met on time, with no surprises.
  • Bring forward new technologies, methodologies, and best practices that keep RedRover ahead.

6) Own and Execute the Digital Roadmap for RedRover

  • Lead the evolution of RedRover into an AI-first firm by actively applying emerging technologies to improve performance, speed, and insight. Build and scale the systems, talent, and processes required to support continuous innovation-while remaining hands-on where it matters most.
  • Build the organization to support technology and innovation.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Deep expertise leading digital strategy across paid social, PPC, SEO, UX/UI, digital campaign management, and optimization; comfortable being hands-on when needed.

Why RedRover

We're a high-performance, culture-driven B2B agency that guarantees outcomes and backs it with relentless optimization. You'll lead a pack that cares about results and about each other.
