Guardian Security Services is seeking highly motivated personnel to work as a Concierge in Great Neck, New York.
Who Are We:
Guardian Security Services, Inc. is a full-service, manned, security provider serving the tristate region since 1972. We offer an array of personnel, such as Unarmed Officers, Fire Life Safety Directors, Fire Guards, Roving Patrol, Concierge and Front Desk Personnel, to fit any building or venue's requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Greet and acknowledge all residents
  • Announce/sign in all guests and contractors/vendors
  • Project a consistent image in line with Guardian standards through appearance, performance, and service orientation, while ensuring property rules and regulations are enforced
  • Use outstanding customer service skills while interacting with guests, owners and tenants
  • Answer the phone, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls Understand customer needs and provide them with personalized solutions Receive, sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Utilize key tracking, guest sign-in logs and other systems to maintain an organized and efficient work environment
  • Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties

Qualifications, Skills, Education and Experience:
  • At least one year of concierge experience
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Remain flexible to ever changing environments and schedules
  • Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard
  • Reliable and consistent transportation to and from work sites
  • Must be able to stand for 6+ hours.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. All Part-Time positions have the option to turn into Full-Time based on performance.
