-Responsible for providing leadership, direction, coordination, management, and administrative supervision of Bridgeway's Community Employment Services.
-Ensure that these services are provided according to established policies and procedures and in a manner to adhere to the mission and values of Bridgeway.
-Assume a lead role in the provision of consultation and education to various staff within Bridgeway and to the communities we serve to promote Rehabilitation and Recovery for persons with disabilities with a focus on the evidence based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Fidelity Model and the value of work for all people.
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field; Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of three years of administrative and/or clinical experience in the field of disabilities. Working knowledge of State regulations and the process of accreditation. Must have MHP status; QMHP status is preferred. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and meets organization's insurability requirements. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
