Snap Fitness Bend is looking for an energetic, organized, and results-driven Club Manager to lead one of our locally owned, high performing fitness clubs. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys developing people, driving sales, creating exceptional member experiences, and wants to feel a sense of ownership in a business.

As Club Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your club while working alongside our Director of Operations to achieve membership growth, performance, and operational excellence. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact in the community and help create an environment where both members and employees thrive.

What You'll Do-


Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees
  • Schedule staff and serve as the first point of contact for shift coverage
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching, performance reviews, and accountability conversations
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed

Sales & Membership Growth

  • Achieve monthly membership and revenue goals
  • Coach staff on sales and customer service
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely lead follow-up
  • Conduct club tours and membership consultations
  • Improve conversions, referrals, retention, and former member recovery
  • Monitor CRM accuracy and sales performance

Member Experience

  • Deliver an outstanding member experience every day
  • Resolve member concerns professionally and promptly
  • Respond to member feedback, Medallia surveys, and online reviews
  • Ensure new member onboarding and appointments are completed
  • Build lasting relationships that improve member retention

Club Operations

  • Oversee all daily club operations
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Complete facility walkthroughs and preventative maintenance
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance requests
  • Monitor inventory and submit supply requests
  • Ensure compliance with all Snap Fitness operational and safety standards

Personal Training & Growth

  • Support personal training sales and member engagement
  • Help trainers grow their business and client base
  • Monitor wellness session completion and personal training performance
  • Promote small group training and additional fitness services

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Monitor club KPIs and business performance
  • Review membership, billing, retention, and reports
  • Maintain accurate employee and member records
  • Participate in leadership meetings and ongoing professional development
