Do you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping families navigate important decisions?

BrightStar Care of Montgomery County is looking for a Community Relations Manager to grow our personal care services throughout Washington, DC and Montgomery County.

This is more than a sales position. You’ll become a trusted resource for hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and families looking for guidance on home care options.

About the Role

You’ll spend most of your time building relationships with referral partners throughout Washington, DC and Montgomery County.

Working alongside our nursing and operations teams, you’ll educate healthcare professionals about our services, strengthen community partnerships, and help families connect with the care they need to remain safely at home.

What Your Week Looks Like

  • Meet with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and social workers
  • Visit physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, and other referral partners
  • Build relationships with assisted living, memory care, independent living communities, and community organizations
  • Meet with families to answer questions and help them understand their home care options
  • Attend networking events, health fairs, chamber meetings, and community outreach events
  • Follow up with referral partners and maintain strong relationships
  • Work closely with our care team to ensure every new client has an exceptional experience
  • Track referrals, outreach activities, and pipeline growth using our CRM

What You’ll Do

  • Grow referral relationships throughout Washington, DC and Montgomery County
  • Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about BrightStar Care’s personal caregiving services
  • Become a trusted resource for families exploring care at home
  • Increase referrals by developing new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships
  • Represent BrightStar Care with professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness
  • Partner with our clinical and operations teams to ensure every referral receives outstanding service
