Position Summary
This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who is excited to help build and grow a developing organization.
Global Elite Arts is seeking a Director of Client Partnerships & Growth to lead client development, relationship management, and market growth. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with arts and education organizations, developing new business opportunities, increasing participation across our programs, and cultivating long-term client partnerships.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales and relationship-building skills with an understanding of the performing arts, education, events, or youth program industries.
Experience in dance competition / convention sales, client relations, or account management is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client acquisition and growth strategies.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and client relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with arts organizations, schools, studios, educators, and other institutional clients.
  • Conduct outreach, presentations, meetings, and follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Convert qualified prospects into participating clients and long-term partners.
  • Support client retention, repeat participation, and account growth.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM system.
  • Track sales activity, client engagement, conversion, and performance.
  • Represent Global Elite Arts at industry events, conferences, client visits, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, client relations, or partnership development.
  • Proven ability to develop new clients and build long-term business relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a growing organization.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. 75% travel required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
