Program Director Organizational Change Management (OCM) Enterprise Solutions
Role Overview
The Enterprise Solutions (ES) Organizational Change Management (OCM) Practice is focused on enabling successful business transformation by driving faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency in organizational changes to achieve targeted business outcomes. The practice supports clients through complex digital, ERP, cloud, and business transformation initiatives by ensuring organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, leadership engagement, and sustainable adoption.
The OCM Program Director is a strategic and hands-on transformation professional responsible for leading end-to-end Organizational Change Management engagements for global transformation programs. This individual serves as the primary client-facing OCM leader, managing executive and mid-management stakeholder relationships while developing and executing comprehensive change strategies that drive measurable business value and adoption outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Readiness & Change Assessment
• Conduct organizational readiness, stakeholder, and change impact assessments to evaluate the organization's preparedness for transformation.
• Assess organizational culture, change capacity, potential adoption risks, and resistance factors.
• Develop tailored change interventions and readiness plans based on assessment findings.
Change Strategy Development & Execution
• Define and implement enterprise-wide change management strategies addressing changes in people, processes, technology, governance, and operating models.
• Lead the development of integrated OCM plans aligned with business objectives and transformation roadmaps.
• Establish change success measures, adoption KPIs, and value realization metrics.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Alignment
• Serve as the primary OCM advisor and engagement lead for client transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate and manage CXO, executive, and business leadership conversations throughout program delivery.
• Identify key influencers, sponsors, and resistance points while developing stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Coach leaders and sponsors on change leadership responsibilities and adoption expectations.
Communication & Change Advocacy
• Design and execute communication strategies that build awareness, commitment, and advocacy for change initiatives.
• Develop stakeholder-specific communication plans, messaging frameworks, and engagement campaigns.
• Foster alignment across business, technology, and operational teams throughout the transformation journey.
Learning, Training & User Adoption
• Lead the design and deployment of learning and adoption programs for new systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Develop role-based training solutions using instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning approaches.
• Drive user adoption through targeted interventions, coaching, performance support tools, and reinforcement mechanisms.
Change Analytics & Pe rformance Monitoring
• Develop digital dashboards, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor readiness, engagement, adoption, compliance, and business outcomes.
• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to measure change effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and program leadership teams.
Sustainment & Value Realization
• Develop and execute post-go-live sustainment strategies to embed new behaviors, processes, and capabilities.
• Continuously refine change approaches based on stakeholder feedback, adoption performance, and program developments.
• Measure and demonstrate organizational performance improvements and business value realization.
Consulting, Business Development & Practice Growth
• Drive the growth and maturity of the OCM practice through capability development, methodologies, assets, and best practices.
• Mentor and coach Engagement Managers, OCM Consultants, and emerging leaders to enhance delivery excellence and consulting capabilities.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in Organizational Change Management, including the application of emerging technologies such as AI-enabled change solutions.
• Support regional business development and pre-sales activities, including opportunity shaping, solution development, proposal creation, and client presentations.
• Collaborate across service lines and industry groups to expand OCM offerings, strengthen market presence, and drive business growth.
• Contribute to practice innovation, knowledge management, and development of reusable accelerators and intellectual property.
Delivery Leadership
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across global transformation programs.
• Operate effectively in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Take a proactive, hands-on approach to driving execution, resolving issues, managing risks, building capabilities, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• 20+ years of consulting and Organizational Change Management experience, including leadership of large-scale, complex, multi-year ERP transformation engagements with CXO-level stakeholder interface.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP, digital, and cloud transformation programs, including:
o SAP S/4HANA
o Oracle Cloud
o Salesforce o Workday
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs as a Change Program Director, OCM Partner or OCM Track Lead .
• Proven expertise in defining and executing end-to-end OCM strategies for greenfield and brownfield ERP implementations and digital transformation initiatives. • Proven experience with leading consulting organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM Consulting, EY, or comparable Tier-1 consulting firms.
• Demonstrated career stability with a track record of sustained tenure and progressive leadership growth.
• Strong focus on business process transformation, operational excellence, benefits realization, and KPI-driven outcomes.
• Ability to articulate industry-specific tra nsformation case studies, business challenges, and measurable value delivered to clients.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive stakeholders, sponsors, and external partners across complex transformation environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including CXO leadership.
• Strong communication, facilitation, executive presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
