Job Summary

The Director of Operations at Daytona International Speedway will oversee venue operations, event execution, staffing coordination, safety compliance, and service delivery to ensure exceptional experiences for guests, clients, and team partners.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of operations leadership experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale venues
  • Experience managing large teams and cross-functional departments
  • Knowledge of event operations, staffing logistics, and facility management
  • Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational software systems
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and venue safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily venue and event operations
  • Manage operational staffing plans and labor execution
  • Coordinate with culinary, concessions, security, and guest experience teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Monitor operational budgets and performance metrics
  • Develop operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Support premium events, sporting events, concerts, and special programs
