This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while integrating outpatient office resources. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which supports work-life balance for our employees while maintaining accessibility for clients seeking therapy. Our virtual platform enables clinicians to efficiently deliver care while promoting a sense of community among staff members.

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients to identify emotional and relational challenges, establishing a trusting rapport.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities suited to clients’ unique circumstances.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused approaches, to assist clients in achieving emotional stability.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with both agency and state regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices within a collaborative clinical environment.

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various psychological and relational issues. Clients may present with a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to fit the cultural and social contexts of your clients will be essential for effective treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline is required.
• An active LMFT license in the state of California is mandatory for this position.
• Exceptional clinical experience, particularly working with diverse populations, enhances your applicability for this role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to foster effective therapeutic relationships.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience as a licensed therapist.
• Experience with crisis intervention strategies and managing complex case dynamics.
