Job description

Augusta Health is seeking a dedicated hospitalist to join our team of 20 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers. This position offers a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can focus on providing high-quality care to a diverse range of internal medicine patients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal medicine residents, providing mentorship and clinical teaching, though your primary focus will be delivering comprehensive care to hospitalized patients, including those in the ICU, in collaboration with our Pulmonary-Critical Care team.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, and an annual CME allowance. Augusta Health is an independent, non-profit 255-bed community hospital located 30 miles west of Charlottesville, emphasizing teamwork, quality care, and work-life balance.

Starting Salary $335,240

Sign-On- $25,000
