Scripps is seeking a **Director of Media and Content Marketing Operations** who will oversee all aspects of media management—from asset ingestion and organization to digital asset management (DAM) strategy and vendor coordination. This role is critical to ensuring our creative teams have seamless access to the media they need, when they need it, while helping modernize our workflows for the future.## WHAT YOU'LL DO:* Oversee all media management operations, ensuring assets are properly ingested, organized, and accessible across platforms and tools (CatDV, Frame.io, shared network storage, and emerging digital asset management (DAM) systems).* Partner with the Media Manager to maintain and evolve media organization standards, naming conventions, and distribution workflows for the broader team.* Serve as a senior stakeholder on DAM strategy and implementation, working cross-functionally with Engineering and Technology partners.* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of media assets to teams and internal stakeholders.* Provide operational oversight and people management for the Audio team and Media Manager, ensuring both functions are resourced, supported, and aligned to organizational priorities.* Serve as an internal subject matter expert and coaching resource for editorial workflows, Adobe Creative Suite tools, and color grading guidance as the team operates in a leaner structure.* Coordinate with Creative Directors to help outsource shoot production and manage vendor relationships for content acquisition and production needs.* Work closely with the Director of PM to ensure media operations are integrated into project workflows and timelines.* Collaborate with Graphics, Creative, Engineering, and other Marketing teams to maintain seamless asset handoffs and delivery standards.* Contribute to the evolution of content operations as the organization modernizes—identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, or restructure workflows in line with transformation goals.* Partner with the AI contractor and teams.## WHAT YOU'LL NEED:* BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent years of experience preferred* Generally, 10+ years of experience in related field preferred* Prior managerial experience preferred## WHAT YOU'LL BRING:* Hands-on creative suite and editorial workflow proficiency.
