Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Director of Patient Care (RN) for a hospital client in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a clinical leadership role and the successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse.

The Executive Director of Patient Care Services will oversee critical care services covering the ICU, ICU Step Down, and Neuroscience units. The Executive Director is a dynamic and seasoned leader responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care across multiple departments, patient populations, and service lines. The position combines strategic leadership with operational management, focusing on patient outcomes, staff recruitment and retention, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource allocation.

Base Salary: $160,000 - $185,000
