capabilities, and has a proven ability to inspire teams while delivering measurable business results.**DAY IN THE LIFE AS A MEMORY MAKER:**# **Leadership & Strategic Planning*** Serve as a member of the Broad River Retail leadership team and strategic advisor on marketing initiatives that support enterprise growth.* Serve as a senior marketing business partner for enterprise leaders, ensuring alignment between marketing priorities and organizational objectives.* Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans designed to increase traffic, drive sales, and enhance brand awareness.* Develop a strong understanding of creative strategy, design principles, production workflows, and creative team operations to effectively partner with Creative leadership.* Foster strong partnerships across departments to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and enterprise priorities.* Provide leadership, coaching, mentorship, and professional development support to members of the Marketing Team.* Establish clear performance standards and accountability measures.* Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and results-oriented execution.---# **Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management*** Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive qualified traffic, increase market share, and improve customer acquisition and retention across all markets.* Ensure marketing campaigns deliver consistent, compelling, and brand-compliant messaging across all customer touchpoints.* Identify emerging marketing trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to improve performance and maintain competitive advantage.* Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize media efficiency and campaign effectiveness.---# **Marketing Operations & Performance Analytics*** Own marketing performance outcomes, including traffic generation, campaign effectiveness, and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).* Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies and marketing investments based on data insights, market conditions, and intended business outcomes.* Develop annual traffic forecasts, trend analyses, and predictive models that support enterprise planning and decision-making.* Partner with key stakeholders to align traffic projections with business objectives.* Provide regular reporting and executive-level presentations on campaign performance, traffic trends, and return on investment.---# **Financial Management & Budget Oversight*** Support the Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Community Outreach in the development and management of the annual marketing budget, ensuring marketing investments align with enterprise priorities and business objectives.* Evaluate and recommend investment strategies that maximize incremental traffic and revenue growth.* Monitor marketing expenditures to ensure resources are allocated effectively and responsibly.* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize return on marketing investment.---# **Brand Management & Communications*** Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all marketing initiatives and customer touchpoints.* Partner with Communications and Creative teams to develop strategies that strengthen brand perception and engagement.* Possess a strong understanding of creative development, production processes, and creative operations.* Serve as a department spokesperson when appropriate to communicate department initiatives.* Provide support for companywide communication initiatives, including quarterly Town Hall meetings and major organizational announcements.---# **Events & Experiential Marketing*** Provide strategic leadership and oversight for marketing support of grand openings, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, learning summits, and other enterprise activations.* Ensure events align with brand standards and support broader marketing and business objectives.* Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create engaging and memorable experiences for customers, employees, and community partners.* Evaluate event performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, attendance, and return on investment.---# **Team Leadership & Development*** Recruit, develop, and retain top marketing talent.* Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.* Conduct regular
