Overview

MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007, is seeking a Practice Marketing Manager to join our team in Carrollton, TX! This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment while independently managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.

The Marketing Manager role is centered on building and executing strategies that drive growth for general dental practices within our network. General dentistry requires a broad, patient-focused marketing approach that highlights comprehensive care, patient experience, prevention, and community presence. This position bridges the gap between tactical campaign execution and high-level strategic planning, ensuring dental practices receive customized marketing support to stand out in their local markets. You’ll provide leadership within the marketing team, manage complex projects, optimize campaign performance, and mentor junior team members while collaborating closely with leadership to advance marketing initiatives across the organization.

Why Join MB2?
  • Competitive pay
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Short- and long-term disability
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Mentorship and exposure to the leadership of a growing company
  • Referral Bonus Program
Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed for general dental practices.
  • Develop creative, data-driven strategies highlighting key dental messaging such as preventative care, treatment options, patient experience, and local brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and affiliate dental practices to ensure marketing aligns with both local office needs and company goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Assist in developing marketing plans for new initiatives, practice expansions, and community outreach opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with affiliate dental offices, ensuring strategies reflect both local needs and MB2’s overall objectives.
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation for dental marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs (such as new patient numbers, patient retention, and campaign ROI) to measure success and inform strategy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to affiliated practices by responding promptly to needs, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality marketing support.
  • Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines and ensuring deliverables meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of dental marketing or healthcare marketing experience is highly preferred, including experience supporting multi-location businesses
  • Top-tier communication skills
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
