Position Summary

MDVIP is seeking a Senior Manager, Practice Growth Marketing to own the design, execution, and optimization of fully integrated growth strategies for MDVIP affiliated physician practices. This role goes beyond traditional campaign execution, serving as a strategic growth partner to physicians by evaluating operational readiness, local market dynamics, brand presence, and community opportunities to drive patient acquisition and sustainable practice growth.


The ideal candidate brings a holistic, business first mindset, combining brand, field, and integrated marketing expertise with strong program management, cross functional collaboration, and attention to detail. This individual will manage multiple concurrent practice growth initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands on execution, budget ownership, and performance analysis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and manage holistic, market-specific growth plans for new and existing MDVIP-affiliated practices, tailoring strategies to each physician and local market.
  • Serve as a primary growth consultant to assigned practices, assessing strengths, weaknesses, local presence, messaging alignment, and operational readiness prior to and throughout marketing activation.
  • Design and lead fully integrated, multi-channel growth initiatives, incorporating paid, organic, field, community-based, and partnership-driven tactics alongside traditional marketing efforts.
  • Identify and activate non-traditional growth opportunities such as community partnerships, local events, speaking engagements, referral networks, and organic storytelling, while ensuring compliance with healthcare marketing and solicitation guidelines.
  • Own budget planning, tracking, pacing, and reporting, maintaining accurate campaign and financial trackers with a high degree of precision.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, analytics, regional teams, compliance, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze performance data, prepare post-campaign retrospectives, and translate insights into actionable recommendations and continuous optimization.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Seven (7) years of experience in integrated, brand, field, or growth marketing roles.
  • Experience managing complex, concurrent programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders. 
  •  Demonstrated ownership of budgets, tracking, reporting, and post campaign analysis.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within regulated or highly compliance-driven environments (healthcare, financial services, etc.).
  • Exposure to physician practice operations, primary care, or healthcare services.
  • Experience with local or field marketing, community-based marketing, and market-specific growth strategies.
  • Experience leveraging AI enabled marketing tools to improve productivity, planning, or performance analysis.
