We are positioned to grow even more rapidly in upcoming years and to help keep up with that growth we are looking to hire two key individuals for our Marketing Automation Team (Digital Communications Specialist II and Digital Communications Specialist) to Join our team!


As a member of our Marketing Automation Team, you will be responsible for sending and managing Digital Communication to our members globally using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform. You will maintain ownership of assigned Digital Communications, including Emails, Web Alerts, SMS etc. and are responsible for content implementation, execution, quality checks and reporting on the executions to ensure timely and accurate execution. Understands and drives communications and its impact via tracking, reporting and analysis of campaign for the team. Works closely with digital analytics, design, IT, marketing, Sales and Development as an owner of their area of Communications. Understands technology and can direct technical resources into making improvements.


Leads and manages Interaction Studio (IS) including technology driven recommendations and Salesforce Automated Journeys. Ensures timely and accurate delivery of business-critical executions including IS trigger journeys as well as automation enhancements. Generates and delivers reports to show business improvements driven on a weekly/monthly basis in a presentable and easily read format.


Works closely with Director and team to proactively drive strategic improvements for the Digital Communications function, initiates recommendations, supports automation and leads process improvement through initiative and action.

What We’re Looking For in You

  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation techniques and tools including Emails, Web alerts, SMS, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Interaction and Mobile Studio) is preferred.
  • Set up and manage digital communications in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, & Journey Builder including independent measurement, reporting and executive level insights
  • Self-sufficient in all aspects of Digital Communications processes including generating reports/ pulling data from Salesforce.
  • Accurately implement translations and localizations for all supported languages platforms.
  • Works with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Analytics departments to gather appropriate information for the creation, implementation, and measurement of digital communications.
  • Create emails to display results-oriented messaging leveraging Salesforce technology and HTML that is tagged for measurement using GA360 or other analytics tool.
  • Ability to independently work across the organization and with software partners to implement solutions, troubleshoot problems and resolve issues.
  • Responds promptly and accurately to intra-department and cross-department requests.
  • Delivers data and metrics in an executive presentable format that can be easily distributed for consumption at all levels within the organization.

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing Automation (Email/SMS Marketing).
  • Experience using Enterprise Marketing Automation (Email/SMS) platforms Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to operate against a set strategy and achieve measurable goals in a large organization.
  • Experience with the technical side of Salesforce; specifically, the ability to create Data Extensions, leverage APIs built by IT, and create journeys incorporating SFMC Einstein splits and send time optimization preferred.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office.
  • Understands fundamentals of digital content optimization.
  • Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and the company business model.
