This role requires a strong technical operations leader with proven experience managing production, quality, supply chain, logistics, and ERP-driven processes in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing strategy, planning, and operations across Production, Quality, Production Engineering, EH&S, Logistics/Distribution, and Supply Chain.
Maintain production schedules aligned with management and client requirements.
Manage manpower allocation, budget control, and changing workloads across multiple projects.
Drive operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control initiatives.
Plan and forecast resources for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce.
Implement process improvements, organizational structure enhancements, and change management activities.
Build cross-training and skills development programs for production and support teams.
Serve as a liaison between research, engineering, manufacturing, and vendors.
Own and drive ERP system implementation and ongoing use.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program; Master’s preferred.
