What You'll Be Doing


Play a key role in our fast-paced restaurant by supporting the GM in the daily operations of our restaurant.


  • Optimizing profits by controlling costs
  • Hiring, training and developing new employees
  • Providing leadership and direction to all employees
  • Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed
  • Taking disciplinary action when necessary
  • Supervising employees to Maximize Restaurant Operations
  • Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service
  • Assisting/accommodating guest whenever necessary

What We're Looking for in An Assistant Manager


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in restaurant management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, coaching and directing
  • Must be self-motivated and posses the desire for self-development
  • Schedule flexibility- (including holiday's & weekends, Morning, Mid and Closing shifts)
