Overview
You'll work on a Power of One brand and develop full funnel campaigns that leverage your expertise in membership, loyalty, personalization and data. You understand how marketing drives measurable business outcomes, and you'll champion creativity and performance-driven optimizations across the work and within our client engagements.
Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategy
  • Build and manage strong, trusted client relationships, serving as a primary day-to-day contact and strategic partner across the account
  • Confidently articulate the agency's point of view on digital business, membership, loyalty marketing, data, and personalization, ensuring clients are informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer expectations
  • Partner with clients to translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies that drive results across channels

Membership, Loyalty & Personalization
  • Lead the development of full funnel creative campaigns, managing multiple work streams and activating with urgency on a fast-paced business
  • Lead the development and execution of membership acquisition and retention programs, supporting initiatives that deepen customer relationships, extend to new audiences, and increase lifetime value
  • Collaborate with strategy, data, media, technology, and creative teams to activate personalization efforts across channels, ensuring solutions are scalable, measurable, and operationally sound

Integrated Program Delivery
  • Oversee the development of insight-driven, integrated marketing programs that balance brand and performance objectives full funnel
  • Ensure work is strategically sound, on brief, on time, and on budget-anticipating risks and proactively solving problems
  • Deliver clear, compelling client presentations and recommendations that are actionable and grounded in strategic insight and performance outcomes
  • Partner with analytics and strategy teams to assess performance, surface insights, and optimize work through testing, learning, and continuous improvement

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and develop account team talent, providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback to support growth and performance
  • Partner effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery

Qualifications
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed in support of client relationships and key moments, occasional travel outside of NY metro area

Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
