Project Manager
Our client in North Phoenix, AZ is seeking a direct hire Project Manager. This role will be 30-40% travel.
The Product Localization & Systems Project Manager is responsible for driving the localization, customization, and delivery of software solutions that support semiconductor inspection systems and Smart Factory applications. This role manages the localization of machine control interfaces, dashboards, technical documentation, and user workflows while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time software releases for global customers. The position serves as a key liaison between engineering, product management, field operations, and localization partners to deliver a consistent and intuitive user experience across international markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Localization & User Experience
  • Lead end-to-end localization of machine control software, Smart Factory dashboards, and technical documentation for global deployments.
  • Optimize localized user workflows, interface content, and terminology to improve usability and customer experience.
  • Ensure localization quality, consistency, and compliance across software releases.
Terminology & Content Management
  • Develop, maintain, and standardize terminology databases for semiconductor inspection, manufacturing processes, and technical documentation.
  • Establish translation standards and linguistic guidelines to ensure consistency across products and documentation.
  • Coordinate localization assets and support multilingual content management.
Cross-Functional Project Management
  • Coordinate localization activities across software engineering, AI/ML, product management, technical publications, and field engineering teams.
  • Manage project schedules, resource planning, and release milestones to ensure timely software delivery.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
  • Establish and manage localization QA processes for software interfaces, documentation, and user workflows.
  • Review localized content, investigate quality issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Analyze project outcomes and implement continuous improvements to localization processes and delivery efficiency.
Miscellaneous Responsibilities
  • Maintain project documentation, release schedules, and localization records.
