Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a respected national law firm in Las Vegas.

Our client is looking for a junior- to mid-level litigation associate with 2–3 years of experience to join its growing commercial litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is eager to take ownership of substantive litigation work, develop hands-on case management skills, and work closely with experienced litigators on complex disputes.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of litigation experience with meaningful exposure to discovery, motion practice, and day-to-day case management responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable handling multiple active matters and managing deadlines in a fast-paced litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage discovery matters, including drafting and responding to written discovery
