This position will report to the CHRO and is based out of our Home Support Office (HSO) in Phoenix, AZ.


As the Director of Learning and Development, you’ll:

  • Build and Design: Develop and implement a forward-thinking framework for all learning and development initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead from the Front: Act as an individual contributor who rolls up their sleeves to create impactful programs while setting a strategic vision for L&D.
  • Empower Growth: Develop tailored training programs for clinicians, support staff, and leaders to enhance skills, knowledge, and career pathways.
  • Foster Engagement: Inspire a culture of continuous improvement by designing interactive workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership development courses.
  • Measure Success: Use data and feedback to continually refine and improve learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and create a comprehensive L&D strategy.
  • Design, deliver, and manage learning programs, including onboarding, compliance training, professional development, and leadership training.
  • Utilize technology to create dynamic, engaging e-learning platforms and virtual training opportunities.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for all things L&D, staying ahead of trends to keep our initiatives innovative and impactful.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement based on measurable outcomes.


Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of building and implementing successful programs.
  • Dental Expertise: Prior experience working within the dental industry is required, with an understanding of the unique needs of dental professionals and practice operations.
  • Visionary Leadership: A forward-thinker who can balance strategic planning with hands-on program delivery.
