What You'll Do
  • Lead and execute the company-wide Learning & Development strategy, aligning development initiatives with organizational goals and business priorities.
  • Partner with Talent Management and business leaders to identify capability gaps, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support workforce readiness.
  • Design and deliver practical learning experiences, tools, and programs that improve coaching, accountability, goal setting, feedback, and overall leadership capability.
  • Facilitate company-wide development programs and create scalable learning solutions that drive engagement, performance, and growth.
  • Establish learning governance, standards, and processes that ensure consistency, prioritization, and long-term sustainability.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through meaningful metrics, adoption measures, and performance outcomes to continuously improve programs and demonstrate impact.
  • Lead the evolution of the learning ecosystem, including learning technologies, instructional design standards, and responsible adoption of AI-enabled learning tools.

What You'll Bring
  • Progressive experience leading Learning & Development strategy, organizational capability building, and enterprise learning initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with leaders to assess organizational needs and implement practical development solutions that improve performance.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across manufacturing, corporate, or multi-site environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable learning programs, tools, and resources.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, player-coach approach to program design, delivery, and execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Workday Learning is a plus

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
