Job Description The Digital Learning Architect drives talent development through technology, data, purposeful learning design, and compelling learner communications. The role creates and scales digital learning experiences and campaigns that build critical capabilities, close competency gaps, foster self-driven learning, and support enterprise priorities.
As the architect of Globe's digital learning ecosystem, this role designs technology-enabled learning journeys, optimizes platforms, develops multi-channel learning campaigns, and turns data into insights that improve learner experience, learning effectiveness, and business impact.

Key Result Areas

1. Digital Learning Strategy and Innovation

  • Develop and implement digital learning strategies aligned with enterprise priorities, capability needs, and evolving learner expectations.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale innovative digital learning approaches that make learning more accessible, relevant, engaging, and effective.
  • Drive self-directed learning by creating clear, curated, and personalized learning pathways for diverse learner segments.
  • Stay current on emerging learning technologies, AI-enabled tools, digital communications, and digital learning practices to continuously strengthen the learning ecosystem.

2. Digital Learning Architecture, Experience Design, and Campaigns

  • Design end-to-end digital learning journeys that integrate formal learning, social learning, coaching and mentoring, and experiential application using the 70-20-10 approach.
  • Build competency-based learning pathways, digital content, assessments, and learning resources that enable practical capability development.
  • Create compelling learning campaigns that build awareness, drive enrollment and completion, sustain learner momentum, and encourage the application of learning.
  • Develop clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate learning communications across relevant channels, including email, collaboration platforms, learning platforms, events, and visual digital assets.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts, learning business partners, and vendors to create high-quality, user-centered learning experiences and campaigns.
  • Ensure learning content, communications, and experiences are accessible, intuitive, relevant, and optimized for learner adoption and application.

3. Learning Technology and Platform Optimization

  • Manage, optimize, and continuously improve learning platforms and tools, including LMS, LXP, content libraries, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
  • Improve platform usability, content discoverability, learner experience, and adoption through data, learner feedback, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Ensure learning technology solutions are effectively integrated into learning programs and support scalable delivery across the organization.
  • Partner with technology, HR, and external vendors to resolve platform issues, enhance functionality, and maximize value from learning technology investments.

4. Data, Insights, and Digital Program Performance

  • Use learning and talent development data to identify capability gaps, assess learner behavior, and guide solution design.
  • Track platform adoption, campaign effectiveness, engagement, completion, learner feedback, and learning application to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Translate data into clear insights, dashboards, and stakeholder-ready reports that demonstrate learning and business impact.
  • Manage digital learning resources, vendors, and budgets to ensure timely, high-quality, efficient, and impactful delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

Digital Learning Design and Implementation
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing digital learning programs, content, and learning journeys.

Learning Communications and Campaign Development
Strong ability to create compelling, learner-centered communications and multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, enrollment, completion, and learning application.

Learning Technology and AI Proficiency
Strong working knowledge of LMS, LXP, digital content platforms, learning analytics tools, and AI-enabled learning technologies.

Data Analytics and Insight Generation
Strong data and analytics capability, with the ability to interpret learning data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations.

Learning Experience Architecture
Demonstrated ability to design integrated 70-20-10 learning solutions that combine formal, social, and experiential learning.

Strategic Thinking and Business Impact Orientation
Ability to connect digital learning initiatives to enterprise priorities, capability needs, learner outcomes, and measurable business impact.

Stakeholder Influence and Program Management
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influence, and end-to-end program management skills.
