Job Description
Our Math Learning Center is looking for a a self-motivated/starter with experience in business operations, sales, marketing, analytics, and customer service. This person will be responsible for coordinating day to day operations associated with running a smooth learning center.
Must have prior experience customer service, and office working experience, live in the Chula Vista area and be able to accommodate afternoon hours Monday - Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assume daily responsibility of ensuring all operational activities such as: data entry, managing spreadsheets, creating binders for students, entering student progress into the learning center management system, and coordinating with the center director to modify student learning plans/workout plans are properly completed.
  • Administer educational math assessments to diagnose learning gaps in order to create learning plans for students.
  • Engage in sales & marketing activities to promote and grow the center through social media channels, customer outreach, consultations, and providing good customer service.
  • Manage a team of math instructors
  • Assist the team with center administrative and cleaning tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications or teaching
  • Strong foundational math skills till Algebra 2 (High score on Math SAT or ACT)
  • 2+ Prior working experience in customer service
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent PC, MS Office, and data entry skills
  • Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Must be available to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday
