KZ Martial Arts is for ages 6-12 and is inspired by the traditions and practices of martial arts. KZ Martial Arts is designed to benefit elementary-aged kids' physical, social, and emotional development while building confidence and teaching practical life lessons. Students practice and perform 12 different skills in the program bringing martial arts alive in a fun and engaging way. Each skill introduced is designed for progression with beginner, intermediate, and advanced modifications - allowing each student to progress at their own pace in a mixed ability group setting. In Little Rookies, we go beyond the game to instill a love for baseball in young players. Our focus is on teaching the fundamentals in an all-inclusive and encouraging atmosphere.
