The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce-side integration components. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
-Experience providing technical guidance, coverage, and/or supervision for junior developers or administrators.
-Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
-Experience working with or developing for Salesforce managed packages used in advancement, particularly Kindsight Ascend.
-Experience refactoring or stabilizing code delivered by implementation partners or consultants.
-Experience working in higher education, non-profit, or advancement/fundraising environments.
-Experience integrating with Azure platform.
-Salesforce Platform Developer II
