Patent Agent/Associate – Intellectual Property
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid)
Time Type: Full-Time

Direct Counsel is representing an Amlaw 100 firm in the search for a Patent Agent or Associate to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group in Salt Lake City. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IP professional to work with a dynamic, world-class team on cutting-edge intellectual property matters for clients across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications across diverse technologies.

  • Collaborate on inter-office teams to provide litigation support and develop strategic IP portfolio guidance.
