As the Director, Integrated Media Planning You'll be working on one of Omnicom's most important, high-impact accounts with a team that's as creative as it is collaborative-and your work will have direct visibility with OMD's entire c-suite. This isn't a supporting role; you're stepping in to own the strategic vision for the client's strategic media approach. You'll partner directly with the Brand Lead and Portfolio Strategy/Planning Lead to fundamentally reshape how we think about planning and drive measurable brand impact through media. Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Partnership-embraces and drives the OMD approach of building partnerships with others on behalf of our clients.
  • Offer a deep understanding of the landscape (category, competitive, cultural, consumer) and expertise in bringing insights to life effectively within strategic frameworks
  • Apply deep understanding in brand media tactical development across CTV, Digital Video, Social, Search, and Custom Direct Partnerships
  • Provide expert-level experience defending agency work/recommendations and challenging internal/external teams in effort to enhance the work

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a four-year college or university
  • 8+ years of integrated media planning experience
  • Experience in cross-functional strategic planning and Communications Framework development
  • Experience working with ~$100MM+ range of yearly media spend
  • Experience working closely with Marketing Science/Data Analytics teams to drive optimization recommendations
  • Experience working in fast-paced agency environment with expert-level ability to juggle many different tasks while keeping internal + external teams on track
  • Track record of handling big client ambitions
  • Ability to create and execute a holistic channel approach to planning
  • Experience collaborating with media owners, agency business units and creative agency partners
  • Proven leadership ability and experience managing a team; a strong desire and ability to grow and develop talent
  • Advanced knowledge of media fundamentals and an ability to educate at all levels
  • Strong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurement

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
