Job description

Senior Conflicts Analyst
Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 annually
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: DTLA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid after 90 day probationary period
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a law firm client to identify an experienced Senior Conflicts Analyst to support new business intake, lateral conflicts analysis, conflicts database management, and risk management functions.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and clear new business conflicts requests.
  • Review conflicts related to potential lateral hires.
  • Communicate with attorneys, legal staff, and candidates regarding conflicts matters.
  • Assist with drafting, tracking, and managing conflict waivers.
  • Maintain and update conflicts database records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support data cleanup, reconciliation projects, and system enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and support regarding conflicts and intake systems.
  • Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Exercise independent judgment while handling confidential information.
Required:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of independent conflicts analysis experience in a law firm environment.
  • Experience using Intapp Open.
  • Experience with conflicts database management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience with 3E, iManage, and Intapp Walls.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range of $90,000-$100,000, depending on experience.
