Job Overview

The Global Institute & Operations Director plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping and advancing DePuy Synthes' global professional education strategy. This role drives excellence in medical education programs and learning systems, ensuring alignment with commercialobjectives, regulatory standards, and evolving healthcare needs. The position offers the opportunity to lead transformative initiatives, enhance training effectiveness throughdatadriveninsights, and build ahighperforming,purposedrivenglobal education organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of global education strategies, ensuring alignment with Commercial Excellence priorities and enterpriseobjectives.
Oversee global professional education programs, ensuring sustainability, innovation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Establishand track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in training outcomes.
Directcrossfunctionalteams and external partners to deliverhighimpactlearning experiences and operational excellence.
Translate organizational vision into mediumtolongtermoperational strategies (3-5 years) that enhance education capabilities and commercial performance.
Manage global operations including planning, budgeting, performance management, and complianceforeducation programs.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degreerequired(e.g., Business, Education, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field)

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Significant leadership experience in global education, commercial excellence, or related functions
Proven ability to lead complex,crossfunctionalteams and global initiatives in a matrixed environment
