Job description

Join a collaborative primary care organization serving Northampton and Amherst, MA, as a clinically active leader who balances patient care with administrative oversight. This role combines direct patient care (approximately 70%) with protected leadership time (approximately 30%) to ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-centered services across multiple practices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership for quality, safety, and evidence-based care standards
  • Mentor, evaluate, and support primary care providers; lead performance and professional development efforts
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and risk management processes
  • Optimize clinical workflows, staffing models, and care delivery systems
  • Advance population health and value-based care programs
  • Use EHRs and data analytics to drive clinical improvement and operational efficiency
  • Enhance patient experience and manage service recovery

Compensation & benefits:

  • Salary range $250,000–$300,000, commensurate with experience

Qualifications:
