Job description

Tiger Analytics is an advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for several Fortune 100 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. Our business value and leadership have been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner.

We are seeking an experienced Program / Engagement Lead to lead a large-scale enterprise analytics transformation initiative focused on modernizing Plant Performance Reporting across manufacturing operations in the Americas. The engagement involves productionalizing an existing reporting framework, expanding standardized reporting across global manufacturing plants, establishing a scalable Snowflake data foundation, and delivering executive Power BI dashboards that enable data-driven operational and financial decision making.

The Engagement Lead will serve as the primary client-facing leader responsible for overall program delivery, executive stakeholder management, governance, cross-functional coordination, and successful rollout across business and IT organizations. The role will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Plant Controllers, Data Engineering, Power BI, and Enterprise IT teams while directing offshore delivery teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the Plant Performance Reporting transformation program.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive business stakeholders program sponsors, and IT leadership.
  • Lead overall program governance, steering committee meetings, executive status reviews, risk management, and delivery planning.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans covering data engineering reporting, validation, UAT, deployment, and change management.
  • Coordinate rollout across multiple manufacturing plants while managing dependencies related to data readiness, business priorities, and technical delivery.
  • Drive alignment between Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing, Plant Controllers, Regional Leadership, and Enterprise IT.
  • Oversee productionalization of the existing reporting framework into an enterprise-scale Power BI platform.
  • Ensure successful implementation of standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance processes across plants, pods, and regional leadership.
  • Partner with Data Engineering teams to prioritize data quality remediation, Snowflake integration, and reporting readiness.
  • Coordinate business validation, user acceptance testing, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Track program milestones, budget, risks, dependencies, and executive action items.
  • Ensure consistent communication across onshore client teams and offshore delivery teams.
  • Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and organizational change management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, reporting maturity, and future analytics capabilities.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience leading large-scale Data & Analytics or Digital Transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise programs involving cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Strong experience working with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Finance, or Plant Performance Management initiatives.
  • Experience managing global delivery teams with distributed onshore/offshore execution models.
  • Strong understanding of BI and analytics delivery using Power BI, Snowflake, cloud data platforms, and modern data architectures.
  • Experience managing data integration, reporting modernization, and enterprise dashboard rollouts.
  • Proven executive stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to Directors, VPs, and C-level leadership.
  • Experience leading Agile delivery programs and managing multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand operational KPIs, manufacturing metrics, and business performance reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of manufacturing ERP ecosystems (SAP, JDE, QAD, Infor, Blue Yonder, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Finance, Plant Controlling, Product Costing, or Operations Performance reporting.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide reporting standardization or business intelligence transformation initiatives.

Benefits

Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a small, fast-growing, challenging and entrepreneurial environment, with a high degree of individual responsibility.
