Description
King-Bruwaert House is one of the top premier Senior Living Communities located on 35 acres of beautiful picturesque green surroundings located in Burr Ridge, Illinois. We are currently looking for an exceptional Senior Director of Nursing. The Sr. Director will serve as the executive leader responsible for the clinical vision, operational excellence, resident experience, and quality outcomes across all healthcare services with the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
The Senior Director of Nursing will report will report to the Chief Executive Officer of KBH. This leader will provide strategic oversight for clinical services supporting Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing, including Resident Care Coordination, Infection Control, Risk Management, and Clinical Education.
The Senior Director of Nursing will ensure exceptional resident-centered care while fostering a culture of accountability, clinical excellence, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, innovation, and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, MSN, MHA, MBA, or related graduate degree preferred.
  • Active, unrestricted Illinois Registered Nurse License required
  • Minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressive nursing leadership experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of senior nursing leadership experience in CCRC, skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting
  • Nursing Home Administrator License or willingness to obtain the credential
  • Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, and willingness to work with difficult resident or families in a positive manner.

Salary Description
130K - 155K 10% Bonus (Based on experience)
