We deeply care about our team-members and partners and strive to provide a culture where people feel valued and inspired.The Assistant Director of Health and Wellness assists the Health and Wellness Director to oversee and coordinate health care and clinical services for all residents. Directly supervises Clinical staff; orients staff; evaluates, assigns, and directs department staff task. Follows-Up with Wellness Checks for all Residents.Updates electronic medical records as indicated and neededProvides resident medications as needed.Follows infection control and universal precautions.Provides in-services and training to staff.Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA regulations of all residents.Other duties as assigned.Education, Experience and Requirements:          6+ months experience year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred.Nursing management experience to include hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Nursing/Business, Customer Service, or a field related to the position. Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong teamwork skills and positive community relations skills.
