Directly supervises Clinical staff; orients staff; evaluates, assigns, and directs department staff task. Follows-Up with Wellness Checks for all Residents.Updates electronic medical records as indicated and neededProvides resident medications as needed.Follows infection control and universal precautions.Provides in-services and training to staff.Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA regulations of all residents.Other duties as assigned.Education, Experience and Requirements:          6+ months experience year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred.Nursing management experience to include hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in Nursing/Business, Customer Service, or a field related to the position. Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong teamwork skills and positive community relations skills.
