Territory Sales Representative

Guardian Business Group is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Territory Sales Representatives. In this role, you will work directly with small and mid-sized business owners in an assigned territory to provide supplemental insurance solutions for their employees.

This is an independent contractor opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy building relationships, managing their own schedule, and developing a long-term sales career. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide training, coaching, and support to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Meet with small and mid-sized business owners throughout your assigned territory
  • Identify business needs and present supplemental insurance solutions
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with business owners and clients
  • Develop and manage your own book of business
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients
  • Manage your daily schedule and sales activities
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics
  • Work toward individual sales and production goals
Compensation
  • Estimated annual earnings: $78,000–$90,000, based on commissions, bonuses, and applicable draw compensation
  • Weekly draw available during the first 6 weeks
  • Commission opportunities begin immediately
