What you'll do
  • Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals for permanent opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with both active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate conversations to understand experience, qualifications, career goals, geographic preferences, compensation expectations, and timing.
  • Effectively communicate career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and overall fit.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruiting process.
  • Provide timely updates and maintain organized candidate activity.
  • Build a long-term network of healthcare professionals for current and future opportunities.
Who We're Looking For

We are looking for recruiters who are:

  • Experienced in healthcare recruiting, physician recruiting, permanent placement, locum tenens, staffing, or executive search.
  • Skilled at identifying and engaging passive candidates.
