TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, 44122!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Location

Warrensville Heights, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13–20 Week Options) | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
  • Complete required facility modules and competency assessments prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry
  • Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license – must be in hand at time of submission
  • Active AHA BLS certification – must be in hand at time of submission
  • Active AHA ACLS certification – must be in hand at time of submission
  • One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months
  • Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation (maximum of 2 attempts)
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single facility
  • Prior travel nursing experience in a telemetry or medical surgical setting
