Grizzly MEP is a growing family of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC operating companies. We are building a unified operational platform that gives each company the systems, resources, and support needed to grow while preserving the culture and strengths that made it successful.

As we deploy ServiceTitan across our operating companies, we are looking for an experienced ServiceTitan professional who can help lead implementation, support our teams, improve processes, and ensure we are getting the full value from the platform.

This is an opportunity to play an important role in an exciting, growing organization and directly influence how ServiceTitan is used across multiple companies.

  • Support purchasing and procurement processes, including purchase orders, receipts, and bill reconciliation.
  • Assist with pricebook development, maintenance, standardization, and catalog integration.

  • Configure and support ServiceTitan Phones, Communication Hub, and related communication tools.
  • Support job costing, operational reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Assist with projects, project workflows, and applications for payment.

  • Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, training materials, and implementation documentation.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with ServiceTitan support or third-party integration partners when necessary.
  • Monitor platform usage, data accuracy, and user adoption across the operating companies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, reporting, and the overall user experience.
  • Support onboarding and integration of future operating companies into the Grizzly MEP ServiceTitan environment.
  • Travel to operating-company locations when needed to support implementation, training, and process improvement.

  • Job costing and analytics

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of ServiceTitan configuration, workflows, reporting, and user management.
  • Experience supporting HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, construction, or other skilled-trade operations.
  • Working knowledge of purchasing, inventory, job costing, project management, and operational reporting.
  • Experience implementing ServiceTitan across multiple locations or business units is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to train users with different levels of technical experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with operational and corporate leadership.
  • Comfortable managing multiple implementations, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to Grizzly MEP operating-company locations as needed.

What We Offer
