As the Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services that meet the unique needs of each individual.

About the Role:

As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for:

  • Leadership: Oversee and manage the nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants

  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and effective care management

  • Staff Development: Identify education and training needs, develop and implement staff development programs to enhance clinical and interpersonal skills

  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent communication and customer service

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed
