What you will enjoy doing*
  • In this role you will partner with customers, R&D and business leaders to bring new applications to market across global aviation, energy and industrial sectors
  • You will lead engineering managers and teams across our Global Coating Services Americas division, ensuring alignment and consistency with site business leaders
  • Further you will evaluate new opportunities and aligns teams on optimal solutions
  • Additionally you will develop standardized processes and manage new product introduction with clear ownership, timelines and customer focus
  • Drive implementation of new technologies in partnership with R&D while resolving process issues and improving productivity
  • Share best practices across sites and oversees projects, with up to 30-50% domestic and some international travel required

What makes you great
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required
  • Experience in high temperature applications
  • Preferred qualifications include 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams or managing operations and 3+ years of project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Experience with tooling, masking, equipment design and process documentation is preferred with aviation qualifications is considered a plus
  • ABB robotic programming skills is considered a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (mostly domestic, some international)
