To thrive as a Director, Humana RN, you need extensive nursing experience, a current RN license, and proven leadership or management credentials, often supported by a BSN or MSN degree. Familiarity with healthcare management systems, data analysis tools, and compliance standards like HIPAA is crucial. While you may not provide direct patient care daily, your clinical expertise is crucial in guiding nursing teams, addressing complex cases, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
