Nurse Practitioner Opportunity at Conviva Primary Care

We are looking for a nurse practitioner to join our team full-time at Conviva Primary Care. This role is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinician who excels in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving outcomes for adult and geriatric populations.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will be a healthcare provider who specializes in suspected or known heart diseases.
  • Your position will include outpatient and telehealth visits.
  • You will provide consultations, coordinate pacemaker and defibrillator monitoring, and administer IV medications.
  • You will oversee stress testing and deliver educational presentations to patients and providers.
  • This is an opportunity that allows for work-life balance working hours Monday-Friday, and no hospital call or weekend requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted APRN license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of Florida
  • Graduate of accredited APRN program of an accredited university
  • Board certification as a nurse practitioner
  • At least one year of experience working as a cardiovascular nurse practitioner.
  • You will have experience with pacemaker/ICD monitoring
  • If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AACC credential
  • Experience with dobutamine pump
  • Experience in electrophysiology
  • Experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients with understanding of best practice in coordinated care environment
  • Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage
  • Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $123,800 - $170,300 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
