Overview

As a Human Factors Senior Advanced Systems Engineer at Honeywell, you will design, implement, and manage complex avionics user interfaces that integrate with Anthem Avionics systems. You will work within cross‑functional teams on the Anthem Program and drive innovation, safety, and efficiency in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of advanced user interfaces for Anthem Avionics applications focused on human factors.
  • Use a degree in Human Factors or demonstrate a strong desire to learn related key concepts.
  • Plan, execute, and document evaluations in a laboratory or airplane environment.
  • Apply knowledge of aerospace industry standards related to human factors, operational performance, and cockpit layouts.
  • Maintain safety knowledge as it pertains to human factors.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of complex engineering projects.
  • Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data.
  • Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues to minimize downtime and keep systems operational.
  • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to operational optimization.
Required Qualifications
  • Human factor experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership.
