Overview

As a Human Factors Senior Advanced Systems Engineer at Honeywell, you will design, implement, and manage complex avionics user interfaces that integrate with Anthem Avionics systems. You will work within crossโ€‘functional teams on the Anthem Program and drive innovation, safety, and efficiency in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of advanced user interfaces for Anthem Avionics applications focused on human factors.
  • Use a degree in Human Factors or demonstrate a strong desire to learn related key concepts.
  • Plan, execute, and document evaluations in a laboratory or airplane environment.
  • Apply knowledge of aerospace industry standards related to human factors, operational performance, and cockpit layouts.
  • Maintain safety knowledge as it pertains to human factors.
  • Collaborate with crossโ€‘functional teams to ensure successful execution of complex engineering projects.
  • Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data.
  • Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues to minimize downtime and keep systems operational.
  • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to operational optimization.
Required Qualifications
  • Human factor experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
