This role will have direct reports, reporting to the Sr. Director, Human Resources (HRBP) and responsible for implementing HR priorities and initiatives.While the role spans the full HR lifecycle, it combines business partnership with operational delivery, ensuring that frameworks are effectively aligned with business needs. The role will collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and act as a key HR partner for managers and employees across the regions, contributing to both day-to-day topics and the broader organizational objectives. This position will be based onsite in our San Jose location with flexibility to travel domestically. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Partnership* Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and operational leaders on workforce and organizational strategies.* Translate business objectives into HR initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.* Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and develop workforce plans that support business growth.* Provide guidance on organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.Talent Management & Workforce Planning* Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent.* Support recruitment strategies and workforce planning efforts to attract and retain top talent.* Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.Employee Relations & Engagement* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.* Provide guidance and resolution for complex employee relations issues.* Conduct investigations as needed and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up.* Coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.Performance & Leadership Development* Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.* Partner with Talent Management to identify and implement leadership and professional development programs.* Support organizational effectiveness through coaching, feedback, and change leadership.Compensation, Benefits & Compliance* Partner with Total Rewards team to support market-competitive compensation programs.* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.* Monitor HR policies and practices to mitigate risk and promote consistency across the organization.HR Analytics & Reporting* Utilize workforce data and HR metrics using Power BI to identify trends and recommend solutions.* Develop and present reports and insights to executive leadership.* Measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.**Qualifications:**Required* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.* 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience.* Have worked in a Manufacturing environment.* Experience partnering directly with senior executives and business leaders.* Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.* Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence decision-making across multiple levels of an organization.* Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred* Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent professional certification.* Experience supporting multi-site, national, or global organizations.* Experience leading HR teams and managing complex organizational transformations.Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $225,000 to $250,000.
