Job description
As a Hospitalist Medical Director with USACS, youll be responsible for managing hospitalist medicine services by collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your Physician staff. As a leader for both the hospital and US Acute Care Solutions, you will influence broad company decisions and help facilitate the development of new leaders.
With USACS, you'll be part of a team unique in today's industry. Career Details
- Oversee hospitalist service operations
- Supervise HM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
- Represent the staff in the community and within the hospital
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $150/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Estimated 1099 base pay of $175/hour. Additional leadership stipend included.

- Staffing Model: 12 hours of in-person physician coverage, 12 hours of night APP coverage with 12 hours of telemedicine physician support
- 1 physician in-house, 1 physician telemedicine/1 APP provider hospitalist team
- APP will act as a dedicated night provider
