Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director, Growth Marketing to define and lead our global growth marketing strategy, building a scalable, data-driven growth engine that delivers predictable pipeline, accelerates revenue, and strengthens our market position worldwide.
This is a highly strategic leadership role for a growth-minded executive who combines commercial acumen, operational excellence, and global perspective. You will shape how marketing drives growth across regions, establishing frameworks, capabilities, and programs that ensure measurable business outcomes while enabling regional teams to execute effectively in local markets.
As a key member of the Marketing leadership team, you will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to align growth investments with company objectives and ensure marketing is a critical driver of revenue performance globally.
This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) based in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities
Lead the Marketing Global Growth Strategy
  • Own the global growth marketing strategy and commercial growth engine, responsible for marketing's contribution to pipeline generation, revenue growth, customer expansion, and regional growth performance.
  • Drive worldwide pipeline and demand creation initiatives across digital, field, partner, lifecycle, and emerging growth channels.
  • Establish and optimize a global full-funnel growth model that improves conversion, velocity, and revenue contribution.
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across regions, markets, segments, partnerships and customer lifecycles.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement to accelerate growth.

Build and Operate a World-Class Global Growth Engine
  • Design and implement repeatable global demand generation frameworks that can be adapted to regional market dynamics.
  • Drive consistency in planning, execution, measurement, and performance management across all growth programs globally.
  • Balance global scale with regional relevance, ensuring initiatives support both enterprise objectives and local market needs.
  • Lead the evolution of marketing technology, automation, data, and processes that improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Champion best-practice sharing and operational excellence across regions.

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Product leadership.
  • Align global pipeline objectives, planning processes, and investment priorities across the revenue organisation.
  • Translate corporate GTM priorities into executable regional growth plans that accelerate pipeline and revenue.
  • Launch and operationalize new products, pricing initiatives, campaigns, and commercial motions across global markets in partnership with Product Marketing and regional teams.
  • Ensure consistent execution of GTM priorities across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations through common planning, governance, and operating rhythms.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure growth strategies support local business objectives while maintaining global consistency.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to inform growth strategy, resource allocation, and business planning.
  • Drive accountability and alignment across the entire customer acquisition and expansion funnel.

Drive Growth Through Data, Insight, and Discipline
  • Establish the measurement frameworks required to evaluate marketing's contribution to pipeline, revenue, efficiency, and customer growth.
  • Own key performance metrics including pipeline generation, conversion rates, ROI, and funnel performance.
  • Use data and market insights to prioritise investments, optimise performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-level visibility and forecasting that strengthens confidence in marketing's business impact.
  • Build a culture where decisions are grounded in evidence, performance measurement, and commercial outcomes.

  • Significant experience leading Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Revenue Marketing functions within a global B2B organization.
  • Proven success developing and executing growth strategies that have delivered substantial pipeline and revenue impact across multiple regions.
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing global marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern growth disciplines including digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, and marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around shared commercial objectives.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking combined with a bias for action and execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of revenue drivers, funnel performance, and growth economics.
  • Experience working across international markets and balancing global strategy with regional execution requirements.
